Lead generation · Eastern Idaho

Pay for the calls, not the website.

Some owners don’t want to manage a website or wait on a project. They want work coming in. So we build the site, rank it on Google, and hand you the calls it makes — and you pay for the leads, not the build.

Pay for results, not a website. Start any month, stop any month.

How it works

We build it and rank it. You take the calls.

The work is the same local SEO we do every day — the difference is who owns the site and how you pay. Here’s the whole arrangement, start to finish.

01

We build the lead engine

A fast, focused site for one trade in one town — wired to a tracked phone number and a quote form. You never touch it. It’s ours to build, host and run.

02

We rank it on Google

The same local SEO we do for any client: a Google Business Profile, real citations, and pages built around what people in your area actually type when they need the work.

03

The calls come in

When someone nearby searches for your service and finds the site, they call. Every call runs through a number we track — and, if you want, record — so there’s never a question about what it produced.

04

You pay for what you get

You take the leads; you pay a flat monthly rate or a set price per call, agreed up front. No leads, nothing holding you to a contract.

Where this fits

Three ways we get you customers.

Most people need one of these, not all three. Lead generation is the one for owners who don’t want a website at all — just the phone ringing.

A website plan

We build a site your business owns and hosts. Best when you want a proper online home you control — and it’s yours to keep.

Local SEO

We get a site you already own found on Google — profile, reviews, service pages. Best when the site is fine but nobody’s finding it.

Lead generation

We run the whole lead engine and sell you the calls it makes. Best when you don’t want a website at all — you just want the work.

What you actually get

Leads you can see, and stop any time.

No mystery retainer, no asset you have to babysit. Just the calls, tracked, and the freedom to walk if they dry up.

01

Tracked calls

Every lead comes through a number we track, so there’s never an argument about what the site actually brought in.

02

Recordings, if you want them

Hear the leads for yourself — handy for training, and for knowing a call was the real thing.

03

A plain monthly count

How many calls came in, in plain numbers. Not a forty-page report nobody opens.

04

No long lock-in

Start a month, stop a month. The arrangement earns its keep or it doesn’t — that’s on us.

How you’d pay

No menu price — and that’s on purpose.

A septic call in Rigby and a roofing lead in Idaho Falls aren’t worth the same, and some markets have the search demand to make this work while others don’t. So we quote it per trade and town, the same honest way we quote custom software — and only if it actually makes sense for you.

Per lead

You pay an agreed amount for each qualified call. Simple, and you only pay when it works.

Flat monthly

A set rate once the leads are steady and predictable. Easier to budget against.

Before any of that, we check the real search numbers in your market and tell you plainly whether there’s enough demand to bother. Sometimes there isn’t — and we’d rather say so than sell you a dud.

Questions

Lead generation questions.

How is this different from the website plan?

The website plan builds a site your business owns and hosts. Lead generation is the opposite arrangement: we build and run the site, and you just buy the calls it brings in. You’re paying for the result, not the asset.

How many leads will I actually get?

Honestly, it depends on your trade and how many people in your area search for it each month. Some niches here have steady demand; others are simply too small to bother. We check the real search numbers before we ever quote you — and if it’s not worth it, we’ll say so.

What counts as a lead?

A real, relevant call or enquiry from someone who wants your service — not a wrong number, a robocall or a sales pitch. We agree in writing on what counts before anything starts.

What happens if I stop paying?

The leads stop coming to you. The site and the phone number stay ours — that’s exactly what makes this pay-as-you-go instead of a big upfront build. No cancellation fee, no hard feelings.

Can I have this and a website?

Sure. Some businesses own a proper site and let us run a separate lead-gen site alongside it — they do different jobs. We’ll tell you honestly if you actually need both.

How soon do the calls start?

Ranking a brand-new site takes time — usually weeks to a few months depending on the trade and competition, and faster in smaller eastern Idaho towns. We won’t pretend it’s instant, and you won’t pay for leads before there are any.

Get started

Tell us your trade and your town. We’ll tell you if it’s worth it.

We’ll look at the real search demand in your market and tell you honestly whether lead generation makes sense — what it’d take, roughly what it’d cost, and whether you’d be better off with a website instead. Before you pay for anything.
